I have called on TIC for multiple jobs, and each time, I have been so happy with their product and service. First, TIC installed closet organizers in 3 of my closets and my pantry. I love to be organized and this product makes it so easy! After this successful experience, I called TIC to help me with my garage. They put down a new garage floor that is absolutely beautiful. It truly looks like the granite in my kitchen! Then TIC installed cabinets in my garage that look fantastic and are so useful. These cabinets allow me to keep everything off the garage floor except the trash bins and cars. I love that! I believe that TIC is a great company, and I could not be more pleased! Our garage was in dire need of a major clean up. Thank goodness for Total Install. Your crews showed up when they said they would... unusual these days, and they cleaned up without leaving a mess behind after they had finished the job... another refreshing experience.
Your product is unbelievable. The floor came out perfect and the cabinets are absolutely great. What was really nice is that we were able to pick out exactly what we needed.

Your installer, Scott, did an amazing job at transforming my dull closet into a walk-in wonder with your closet system. I love the flexibility of [your] System and enjoyed using the online design tool. I must say that I could not have done without Scott's professional experience in advising me on my design and also ensuring a perfect execution through his professional installation of the product.
Scott was very polite, got the job done quickly yet carefully. I am so satisfied with the product and his work that I am sure to use them again.
